GREAT PATH

If we can follow the commandments, it is difficult, but we will sleep like babies. This is the real way - difficult, but happy. This is the great way that is prescribed for us. It is great because the person becomes master of his senses, adequate self-esteem, valuable in his nature, in his activities, talented and capable.  The main ability of a person is to be happy.

ВЕЛИКИЙ ПУТЬ

Если мы можем следовать заповедям - трудно, но спать будем как младенцы. Это настоящий путь - трудный, но счастливый. Это великий путь, который нам предписывается. Великий потому, что человек становится хозяином своих чувств, адекватным в самомнении, ценным в своей природе, в своей деятельности талантливым, способным.  Главная способность человека - быть счастливым.

WISDOM

If you have no difference between sleeping and waking, then you do not need any more rules and regulations. Rules and regulations are for those who distinguish between sleep and wakefulness, these are different things. When we fall asleep, we forget what wakefulness is, and when we are awake, we forget what sleep is, as it is an incompatible thing. When they are combined, consider that you have already achieved harmony.

МУДРОСТЬ

Если у вас нет разницы между сном и бодрствованием, то никаких вам правил и предписаний больше не нужно. Правила и предписания – для тех, кто различает сон и бодрствование, это разные вещи. Когда мы засыпаем, то забываем, что такое бодрствование, а бодрствуя, забываем, что такое сон – несовместимая вещь. Когда они совмещаются, считайте, что вы уже достигли гармонии.

GREEDY

And the most important vice of man, which is described in the Vedas – is the greed of man. If you meet a greedy man, he is not considered to be a civilized person according to the Vedic culture. It is impossible to become a strong and great man, having this vice. Greed is never satisfied. Anger can be quenched. You can quench your lust. But the greedy are not satisfied with anything. And the most amazing thing is that when a person develops this greed, the desire for hoarding, he can not live in peace with himself or with others.

ЖАДНОСТЬ

И самый главный порок человека, который описывается в Ведах – это жадность мужчины. Если вы встречаете жадного мужчину, то он не причисляется к цивилизованному разряду людей в соответствии с ведической культурой. Невозможно стать сильным и великим человеком, имея этот порок. Жадность никогда не утоляется. Гнев можно утолить. Можно вожделение утолить. А вот жадный ничем не удовлетворяется. И самое удивительное: когда человек развивает эту жадность, желание накопительства, то он не может  жить в мире с самим собой или с другими.
